개인정보 처리방침 (한국어)
주식회사 유레카에이아이(이하 “회사”)는 웹사이트 eurekax.co(이하 “웹사이트”)와 Windows 앱 Cellmark Editor(이하 “앱”)에서 개인정보를 어떻게 다루는지 이 방침으로 알립니다. 한국어판과 영어판이 다르면 한국어판을 따릅니다.

- 앱에서 연 문서는 사용자의 PC 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 회사는 문서 내용을 받지 않습니다.
- 앱에는 회원 가입이나 로그인이 없고, 앱은 사용 기록을 보내지 않습니다.

1. 앱에서 여는 문서
앱에서 열고 편집하는 문서와, 화면의 표를 인식하는 기능이 다루는 내용은 모두 사용자의 PC 안에서만 처리됩니다. 표 인식은 PC 안에서 동작하는 오프라인 AI로 합니다. 회사는 이 내용을 받지도, 보관하지도 않습니다.

웹사이트는 쿠키를 저장하지 않습니다. 방문 추적 도구, 광고, 외부 스크립트, 외부 글꼴도 쓰지 않습니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 요구받는 경우는 예외입니다.
5. 개인정보 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
- 회사 이메일은 Google Workspace(Google LLC)를 씁니다. 문의 이메일은 Google 서버에 저장되며, 이 서버는 국외에 있을 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 표와 같습니다.
- Microsoft Store에서 앱을 설치하면 다운로드와 설치는 Microsoft가 처리하며, Microsoft의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
- ‘GitHub에서 다운로드’를 누르면 GitHub(Microsoft 자회사)가 설치 파일을 전달합니다. 이때 IP 주소 같은 접속 정보는 GitHub가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다. 회사가 GitHub에서 볼 수 있는 것은 다운로드 수와 방문 수 같은 집계뿐이며, 다운로드한 사람을 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 받지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 회사가 가진 자기 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. privacy@eurekax.co로 요청하시면 법령이 정한 기간 안에 처리합니다.
7. 개인정보 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적을 이루면 개인정보를 지체 없이 지웁니다. 전자 파일은 되살릴 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
웹사이트와 업데이트 정보 파일은 암호화된 연결(https)로만 전달합니다. 관리자만 서버에 접근하도록 권한을 최소화하고, 서버 보안 업데이트를 적용합니다. 접속 기록은 위에 적은 기간만 보관합니다.

Privacy policy (English)
EurekaAI Co., Ltd. (“we”) explains in this policy how we handle personal information on the website eurekax.co (“the website”) and in the Windows app Cellmark Editor (“the app”). If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
Summary
- Documents you open in the app never leave your PC. We do not receive their contents.
- The app has no sign-up or login, and it does not send usage data.
- When the app checks for updates, it downloads one update information file from our server. As with any internet connection, our server sees the IP address and time of that request.
- The website uses no cookies, analytics, or ads.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply.
1. Documents opened in the app
Documents you open and edit in the app, and the content handled by the on-screen table recognition feature, are processed only on your PC. Table recognition runs on an offline AI model on your PC. We neither receive nor store this content.

3. Cookies and tracking
The website does not set cookies. It uses no analytics, ads, third-party scripts, or third-party fonts.
4. Sharing personal information with third parties
We do not share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
5. Service providers and international transfers
- Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google LLC). Emails you send us are stored on Google’s servers, which may be located outside Korea. Details are in the table below.
- If you install the app from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the download and installation under Microsoft’s own privacy statement.
- When you select “Download from GitHub,” GitHub (a Microsoft subsidiary) delivers the installer. GitHub processes connection information such as your IP address under its own privacy statement. We can see only aggregate figures such as download and visit counts on GitHub, and we do not receive information that identifies who downloaded the file.

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information that we hold. Email privacy@eurekax.co and we will respond within the period required by law.
7. Deletion of personal information
We delete personal information without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered.
8. Security measures
The website and the update information file are delivered only over encrypted connections (https). We limit server access to administrators and apply server security updates. Access logs are kept only for the periods above.
